      <description><![CDATA[<p>ABILENE, Texas – April 30, 2013 — Milsoft Utility Solutions, Inc., Milsoft Utility Solutions and GeoDigital International successfully passed interoperability tests for the interface between Milsoft’s Outage Management System (OMS) and GeoDigital’s Work Studio Automated Vehicle Location (AVL) in compliance with the MultiSpeak® 4.0 standard. </p><p>

	<span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Milsoft&#39; s OMS can provide dispatchers with geographical location of their vehicles using the MultiSpeak Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) interface.&nbsp;&quot;The interface will allow dispatchers to know which crews are closest to an outage in order to coordinate assignments in a safe and timely manner,&quot; said Milsoft Executive Vice President Luis Malav&eacute;, &quot;This will improve essential situational awareness when working on power lines, especially in severe storms or other emergency situations.&rdquo;&nbsp;Dispatchers can also view a historical log, geographically and in tabular form, of the data provided by the AVL such as location, time, vehicle heading and speed, type of AVL event and Geocoded address location.</span></p>
