EA Product Workshop - Using Project Management for System Planning Studies

With the release of version 8.1 of WindMil, the new Milsoft Project Management system is now available.  This system allows users to create projects to track system changes and apply those changes to the model only when needed.  With the Project Management system the number of models that have to be maintained for a system study is greatly reduced.  If used correctly, the Project Management system will allow for an entire planning study to be completed in only one WindMil circuit model.   This workshop will cover not only Project Management, but all of the tools necessary to efficiently complete a planning study using WindMil tools.  Often there are several ways of doing the same task, let this workshop show you the most efficient way to complete those tasks saving you time and money.

OMS Product Workshop - OMS Version 8.1

OMS version 8.1 introduces many new features that make both outage management and system maintenance easier than ever before. Version 8.1 of OMS utilizes the Project Management system to create, edit and maintain the system circuit model used for predictions. Along with this redesigned circuit model management system, version 8.1 moves outage prediction duties to the server, improving the user's experience with the client application. Several new features have also been implemented to allow outages to quickly be managed just as they are happening in the field.

GIS Product Workshop - WindMilMap Version 8.1

WindMilMap users will see many changes with the upcoming release of version 8.1. The new version will be an ArcMap 10 extension, and will feature many enhancements. Improvements in rendering methods and better access to model data for ArcMap tools are just a few of changes users will notice. This training session will provide an overall look at the improvements in the new release. Various examples on how to use new functionality will be presented. This course will be a useful primer for the experienced user as they prepare to transition to ArcMap 10, and the new version of WindMilMap.
