Mobile Outage by Partner Software
The Partner Mobile Outage Application with interface to Milsoft’s DisSPatch® OMS displays real-time outage data geographically in the Partner Map Viewer and makes use of network connectivity to allow editing and sharing. Departments are kept in constant, accurate communication as they interact with the software in the field or office.
Milsoft’s DisSPatch® OMS predicts outage events that are then assigned to crews. Those assignments flow directly though to Partner Viewers where crews are able to share field crew statuses, cause codes, weather conditions, comment additions and outage restoration statuses.
OMS creates the outage start time and times of restoration are provided from the field closer to the moment it happens. All of this sums up to more efficient dispatch, faster outage restoration and more detailed, accurate information about each outage event.
