New Milsoft Customer Portal!

Milsoft’s customer website, www.mymilsoft.com, has been fully redesigned and will be released to all customers on Monday, December 18, 2023! The new site maximizes the information available to our customers in the least number of keystrokes possible. That meant placing all of your solution-specific content on one page. From your solution page, you’ll be able to:

Stay updated on the latest news and product advisories
Watch training videos and read support documentation
Schedule/Access Software Upgrades
Register for Training Events
View, Edit, or Enter New Support Cases
Contact the Milsoft team or Product Advisory Board

While the above examples are significant improvements, we also added cutting-edge search capability. As soon as you start typing in the search bar, you’ll begin seeing anticipated results. Click on any of those or refine your search using the three category filters. Access to your content has never been this easy and comprehensive.

At Milsoft, we want to ensure all our customers have access to the information and support they need to succeed. So, as we transition to the new customer portal, please let us know how we can make it even better!

How to log into the new MyMilsoft portal

E&O 23.2 Release

Currently in beta testing, we are excited about the upcoming release of E&O version 23.2. This release includes several new features and fixes across the products. Some of the highlights are:

Model Generation on Consumer Elements as part of the Behind the Meter module
Web Based Crew Manager in OMS
New data grid capabilities
Additional tools for working assessments with outages
Photo integration with Assessments and FieldSyte

Expect an email announcement in the next few weeks on the release of 23.2.

The 2024 Milsoft Users Conference is scheduled to be held June 4-6 in Nashville, TN. We are currently looking for volunteers to take part in the conference by presenting a topic of your choice on how you use Milsoft software daily. Presenters receive a 50% discount off the registration price for the conference. Email you paper topic to brian.lassiter@milsoft.com to be considered.

Off the Clock

For 19 years, Ed Carlson has worn several hats with Milsoft. Regardless of his role, Ed’s passion for meeting or exceeding customer expectations has taken him to his current role as Director of Customer Experience. When he’s not looking for more ways to keep customers happy, he loves spending time with his wife, Patty, and their wonderful family. Off the clock, Ed is a fisherman. Whether it’s big mouth bass caught with plastic worms, Carolina rigged, or Redfish on live shrimp, it’s all about knowing what needs to happen to get the job done, something he’s been doing for 19 years when he’s not off the clock.
